Booking Terms

Last updated: 17 October 2026

These terms apply when you book a place at a Boston Business Collective meeting or event, join as a member, or buy anything else from us through our website. Boston Business Collective is facilitated by BEBA GROUP LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”). By completing a booking, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you pay.

2. Bookings and tickets

  • You can book a place at a core meeting, optional networking session or special event through our events page. Each event shows the date, time, venue and ticket price.
  • Visitor tickets cost £15 plus VAT (£18 in total) per person per event, unless the event page says otherwise. Tickets on our events page are for visitors.
  • Members do not buy event tickets. Attendance at core meetings and optional networking sessions is included in membership, as set out in section 4.
  • A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us. Places are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.
  • Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The total, including VAT, is shown before you pay.
  • Tickets are for the named attendee and are for personal business use. They may not be resold.

3. Payment for visitor tickets

You pay at the time of booking using the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we do not store your full card details. We will send you a receipt or VAT invoice for your booking.

4. Membership

  • You can join online by choosing monthly or annual membership. Membership is subject to category availability, and we allow one business per category. If we cannot offer you a seat in your category, we will refund any membership payment in full.
  • Monthly membership costs £45 plus VAT (£54 in total) per month, paid on a rolling monthly basis by card payment with no long-term contract.
  • Annual membership costs £495 plus VAT (£594 in total), paid in one upfront payment for twelve months. This is equivalent to one month free compared with paying monthly. Annual membership renews automatically each year unless you cancel before the renewal date, and we will remind you before it renews. You can cancel at any time before the renewal date by contacting us.
  • Membership includes attendance at our two structured core meetings each month and our optional networking sessions, as set out on our membership page. Category seats are limited to one business per category.
  • Prices are shown in pounds sterling and the total, including VAT, is shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we do not store your full card or bank details. We will send you a receipt or VAT invoice.

5. Cancelling or changing a visitor booking

  • Your right to cancel: because tickets are for a specific date, the 14-day cancellation period that normally applies to online purchases under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply to event bookings. Instead, our cancellation policy below applies.
  • 48 hours or more before the event: you can cancel and receive a full refund, or move your booking to another meeting, by emailing us.
  • Less than 48 hours before the event, or if you do not attend: we are unable to give a refund.
  • Sending a colleague instead: you can transfer your ticket to someone else at any time, free of charge. Please let us know their name before the event.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 14 days.

6. If we cancel or change an event

We may need to cancel, move or change an event, for example because of illness, venue problems, severe weather or low numbers. If we cancel, we will tell you as soon as we reasonably can and give you the choice of a full refund or a place at another meeting. If we change the date, time or venue, you can choose a full refund if the new arrangements do not suit you. We are not liable for any other costs you incur, such as travel.

7. Attending our meetings

We want our meetings to be welcoming and professional. Please behave respectfully towards other attendees, the venue and its staff. We may refuse entry to, or ask someone to leave, anyone who behaves inappropriately or who is using our meetings only to sell aggressively to others, and we will not refund the ticket in that case. Attendance is at your own risk, but nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

No category exclusivity applies to visitors. Category seats are available to members only, and attending as a visitor does not guarantee a seat or membership.

8. Photos and personal data

We handle your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy. If we take photographs or video at a meeting for our website or social media, we will tell attendees in advance and respect anyone who asks not to be included.

9. Our responsibility to you

We will provide the meetings and events with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms, or for loss of business, profit or opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Complaints

If you are unhappy with anything, please email or call us using the details above and we will do our best to put it right.

11. General

  • We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your booking are those shown on this page at the time you booked.
  • These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
